This beautiful and popular community is situated south of Stickney Point Rd. (Clark Rd.) and east of U.S. Route 41 (Tamiami Trail). It’s easy to get to and close to everything.
 
Most homes in Gulf Gate were built between the 1960s through the 1980s and have been renovated with a modern appeal. Aside from its small-town feel, a big reason so many newcomers are drawn to this neighborhood is the amazing location close to some of the most stunning beaches in the world!
